We currently ship orders within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $15.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and location.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for customers in the Naples, Florida area. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready, including pickup instructions.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package appears to be delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@napleselderberry.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
